At Varo Baseball, we are committed to your performance on the field and offer a 30-day return policy for unused products in their original packaging. If your training gear isn't the perfect fit for your swing, we'll help you find the right solution through a seamless exchange or refund process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place your unused Varo gear back in its original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective materials are intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return box before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange item within 5-7 business days.
